This gentle, 60-minute yoga class features poses supported by yoga props, such as blankets, blocks, straps and bolsters.
Poses, such as twists and gentle back bends, are held for approximately 5 minutes to encourage relaxation in the body. Poses are in either seated or laying position for the entire class.
This class is accessible for beginners and offers a way to ease into yoga at a slowe pace, if you’ve never tried it before. Experienced yoga students are also welcome!
